Predictable a budget per driver, topped up from the office, no surprises

What happens today

The driver solves the data problem himself — and you find out from the bill.
  • Roaming runs until someone notices
  • Or the driver buys privately and claims it back as expenses
  • Every trip its own receipt, every receipt an entry
  • Nobody knows in advance what the month will cost

How it works with us

You set a budget. We deliver against it. At month's end there is one invoice.
  • A budget for the whole fleet, monthly
  • Or a fixed budget per driver
  • Booked from the office — the driver buys nothing
  • No expense claims, no single receipts, no folder of paperwork
For your bookkeeping it is one entry per period instead of one line per trip.

Booked from the office

Your dispatcher picks the country and the plan, the driver gets the QR code.
  • No access to the driver's phone needed — we check beforehand whether your devices support eSIM
  • Activation takes one to two minutes
  • Our eSIM connects to the strongest local network automatically
  • You see which driver has which plan
  • Top up while your drivers are on the road
Booked from the office

As digital or as personal as you want

Both ways carry the same weight — you do not have to change how you work.
  • Digital: everything in the portal, invoice to download, set the budget yourself
  • Personal: you call, we book it with you, invoice as a PDF by email
  • A named contact who knows your fleet
  • No ticket system, no hold music

What it costs

You pay for what is used — per month, for the whole fleet.

What the driver gets

No account, no app, no training.
  • A QR code on the phone
  • Instructions in their language
  • Remaining data visible at any time
  • Extend without calling the office — strictly limited to the budget you set in advance
What the driver gets

When something goes wrong

We handle support. Your office does not become a hotline for data plans.
  • Technical fault at our end or the network's → we replace the eSIM
  • Trouble with device settings → we help the driver directly
  • The driver reaches us himself, without going through your office
  • One address for everything: partner@sims-on.com

Common questions

What fleet managers ask us first.

Is there a minimum volume or a fixed-term contract?

No. No base fee, no minimum volume, no fixed-term contract. You pay what your fleet uses in a month.

Do our drivers have to install anything or create an account?

No. The driver gets a QR code on the phone, scans it and is online in one to two minutes. No app, no login, no training.

What happens if an eSIM does not work?

If the fault is ours or the network's, we replace the eSIM. For trouble with device settings we help the driver directly — he reaches us himself, without going through your office.

Do our drivers need new devices?

Usually not — the connection runs on the phone they already have. We check together whether your devices support eSIM before you change anything.

How do we start without converting the whole fleet?

With one driver. One phone, one budget, one invoice at the end of the month. If it fits, we go to the fleet — if it does not, you have paid for one plan.

Shall we start with one driver?

One phone, one budget, one invoice at the end of the month.
No fixed-term contract. No minimum volume.
