Before you top up: what happens to your current plan

Topping up the same plan adds to your data — two times 20 GB is 40 GB. The runtime does NOT add up: it starts again on the day you top up. Choosing a different plan replaces the current one, and whatever is left on it is gone.

Enter your ICCID number
You find the ICCID on your phone. iPhone: Settings → General → About, then scroll down to your eSIM — the line is called ICCID. Android: Settings → About phone → SIM status (on some makes: Settings → Connections → SIM manager → your eSIM). The number is 19 to 20 digits and starts with 89.
